Pro Bono

 Pro Bono

At Daniel P. Costello & Associates LLC, we don’t define the success of our business simply by the bottom line. We also measure our firm’s achievement based on our role in the communities we serve. We are committed to social, economic, and environmental well being in every community. We’re working hard to enhance life through integrity, service, and hard work.  We recognize our service to those in need helps define our success.

Pro Bono Service
Access to justice is one of the hallmarks of the American legal system.  Daniel P. Costello has been dedicated to providing access to justice for those without the financial means for many years.  He has played an integral part in working with the National Center for State Courts in designing an automated system for pro se litigants to access the court system, which although a bleeding edge program at the time, has stood the test of time.

Additionally, every year the firm accepts pro bono cases for indigent and low-income clients.  The pro bono work that the firm provides encompasses many areas of the law including civil and constitutional rights, health care, and discrimination.  The firm views pro bono service as an obligation of the legal community.
