Founder Daniel P. Costello has experience handling complex litigation of all types across the country. The firm's initial client base of insurance companies has expanded to include national corporations in industry, heavy equipment manufacturers, and consulting companies.

Additionally, the firm and its members work with insurance carriers, reinsurance providers, and companies across the United States to provide litigation management solutions.  These solutions range from full baseline audits and litigation management guideline implementation, to overseeing individual complex litigated matters.  Mr. Costello is considered an expert in litigation management and regularly lectures across the country to industry groups, and has been featured in national publications highlighting his success. 

He has also been appointed as a member with the Counsel on Litigation Management(CLM).  The CLM is a select group of attorneys, insurance companies, risk managers, and general counsel of some of the nation’s largest businesses, whose mission is to promote the highest standards of performance and ethics in the areas of litigation, risk management, and legal billing through the use of training, implementation, and cooperation. Membership in the CLM is by invitation only and signifies that the Member embodies the combined attributes of legal skill and dedication to ethics that is at the top of the industry.
