James Dashiell has over 38 years of of experience in construction litigation matters, including experience in all aspects of business and corporate litigation, insurance coverage matters, bad faith litigation, commercial litigation, and construction litigation. Jim is one of the most respected individuals in the state with regards to insurance law, serving as chair of the prestigious Chicago Bar Association Insurance Law Committee. He has worked as general counsel for large construction companies and subcontractors who work on multi-million dollar projects.
His wealth and breadth of experience are a great value to the firm. Mr. Dashiell graduated from the University of Michigan Law School, and he is licensed to practice in the states of both Illinois and Michigan.
