Eric Wilson received his J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2017. Since graduating, he has worked at Daniel P. Costello & Associates, where he worked on a wide variety of cases involving issues such as premises liability, personal injury, construction, property damage, and auto accidents. Eric has demonstrated considerable talent on higher level motions and discovery work and is now working with the firm in its litigation and expert bill review divisions.
During his time at the University of Kansas, Eric also earned an advocacy skills certificate and a CALI award for the highest grade in his Advanced Litigation course. He was an Articles Editor for the Kansas Journal of Law and Public Policy. Eric also worked with a Complex Litigation professor on her research into notice provisions for cy pres payments within class action settlements. Further, in addition to competing across the country on KU Law’s mock trial team, Eric also coached the KU undergraduate mock trial team throughout his time in law school. Under his leadership, the team received honorable mentions at the national competition two years in a row.
Eric is originally from Kansas and attended undergraduate and law school at the University of Kansas. Outside of the office, Eric enjoys spending time with his partner, tending to his plants, and going for bike rides along beautiful Lake Michigan.
Eric is a member of the Chicago Bar Association and is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois.
